How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
Eat Stop Eat-style fasting 1-2 times per week. Try to eat Paleo/Primal where possible, but don't stress about it.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I workout twice a week at Inner West CrossFit, and 3-4 times a week at home/on the road.
