My Athletic Background
As a young girl I was a gymnast for nine years and had to stop due to injuries so I started Karate and jazz dancing. As a teenager I began competitive trampoline and diving which led me to win a gold metal at the BC summer games. I began body building at the age of 20 and became a fitness competitor at 34. I placed 2nd at the Canadian National Fitness competition Aug.11, 2012.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

My husband introduced me to CrossFit at the age of 37. When I started CrossFit I noticed increased results in all 10 athletic domains immediately, which made me kiss goodbye to conventional training. I'm stronger than I ever have been before at 42 years old! Still progressing and improving everyday, thats why I love this sport :)
