I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I have a coach who determines my programming

I record my workouts

My Athletic Background

As a young girl I was a gymnast for nine years and had to stop due to injuries so I started Karate and jazz dancing. As a teenager I began competitive trampoline and diving which led me to win a gold metal at the BC summer games. I began body building at the age of 20 and became a fitness competitor at 34. I placed 2nd at the Canadian National Fitness competition Aug.11, 2012.

My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course

I have attended one or more specialty courses

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit

I train other people

My former husband introduced me to CrossFit at the age of 37. When I started CrossFit I noticed increased results in all 10 athletic domains immediately, which made me kiss goodbye to conventional training. I'm stronger than I ever have been before at 43 years old! Still progressing and improving everyday, thats why I love this sport :)

My Work/Rest Schedule

I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week

I strictly schedule my rest days

I typically rest 4 or more days per month

I train Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Rest days are Thursday and Sunday.

How long have you been doing CrossFit?

4+ years

About 6 years but I had to scale wods for 1 1/2 years while I was pregnant and post pregnancy.
