How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo with the exception of some days which then I called it the TALEO when wine is added!!! I completely cheat on Sundays "Free for all Sundays"
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I also take Zumba classes at Gold's Gym

My Experience With CrossFit
I have trained at CFNE for almost a year now and love it!!!!!!! In a year I have become stronger and faster ! I've had a great time learning the movements and meeting great people while doing it!!!
