I have two kids and their support and enthusiasm as I have prepared for this competition has been nothing short of amazing. I am so grateful. I have the privilege of being a coach at CrossFit Calgary where I am inspired by our members and my fellow coaches. I also have the privilege of doing most of my own training at Optimum Performance Training in Calgary where I am grateful for the support and encouragement (and 'feedback'!) of a pretty amazing group of trainers.
