I train other people

I deliver online coaching - 'AAs Fit As F*ck Performance Coaching' offering programming and support for women at all levels, on their Crossfit journeys.

My Work/Rest Schedule

I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week

I strictly schedule my rest days

Sundays are my day of active rest, which means I do a long run with my dog Pepper 🐶💜🐶.
