How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Meat, Vegetables, Bacon, Vital Greens...some fruit, some nuts...

I workout at Crossfit Adelaide. Ben Norman has been my coach from day one - setting my programming, coaching and supporting me to the Games in 2011 as an Individual Female, and 2013 as a Masters Female.

My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Sundays are my day of active rest, which means I do a long run with my dog Pepper; I train twice per day 6 days of the week.
