My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
I started doing CrossFit around the middle of May 2010 and liked it so much a bought into an affiliate with Justin Allen in Tulsa. I completed the Level 1 cert last year and have fully bought in to this lifestyle. CrossFit is a family affair for us!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I have been on a 3 on 1 off routine for a while now.
