My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I have never had any sports background, I started running 3 years ago and crossfit 2 years ago. I completed my first duathalon last fall and will run my first 10k in April.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I run anywhere from 1-4 days a week, crossfit 2 days a week and occasional yoga. In the summer I bike twice a week for about 2 hours each day. Depending on the activity I will sometimes have more than one workout per day.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I just hit two years.
