How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
My wife and I follow mostly a Paleo eating plan, allowing for some dairy. Started this in January 2013.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming

My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
Went from threats by doctor to have me use Cholesterol meds to being in the normal range with just exercise and eating habits. Blood pressure also dropped to normal range.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I typically follow a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday workout schedule.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Just barely over 2 years.
