How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
When not eating my 3 cheat meals(these seem to be meals of many courses!) I like to count my carbs--no more than 50 per day. Wife just had a baby, so I let myself eat crappy the last few months. February will be strict Paleo month. No cheats. Let's get this motor running smoothly!

What?!?! Are these serious options?!?!?!?! The fewest amount of workouts we have been given is ONE A DAY?!?!? Well I try to get in 3-4 workouts a week. No strict days though.
