How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I attempt to eat quality foods, but I have a severe problem with chocolate. It's all fuel for the next adventure!

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I have always been an endurance athlete, participating in road and trail triathlons, running, mountain biking, whitewater kayaking, and adventure races. Currently, I am mainly mountain biking and running.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week

Less than 6 months
I am new to CrossFit and very excited for new found strength and stamina.
