I am a mother of 5 and in the best shape of my life. I absolutly love CrossFit! It has become a family sport that my husband and two oldest now enjoy with me :)

I weigh and measure my food
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I eat a high protein and fat diet.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I work on skills after class when I can.

My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I just recently started doing multiple workouts in a day. It"s either more CrossFit, a HITT class, or running depending on the day.
