How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I am currently using an online food diary on livestrong.com/myplate. It helps me keep track of my protein/fat/carb levels and percentages. It has also given me awareness of nutrient levels in each food item.
How I Train
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
My typical workout week 3x CrossFit at King County Cross Fit 2x Spin Class 4-5x 40 min cardio sessions - mostly on the treadmill - OR - I do 20min on a stairmill and 20 mins of treadmill 3-4x weightlifting - mostly higher reps/lighter weights
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played soccer, basketball and ran track all 4 years in high school. I played in intramural sports - soccer/basketball - in college. As an "adult", I played on some adult rec teams but mostly have been working out at gyms to try and keep in shape.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I train other people
As of today, 3/8/2013, I have done 17 WODs lifetime. Three of which were done at our Inbox Throwdown in the RXLite Division. My partner and I came in Third.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Typical Week MWF- Crossfit, Cardio TTH - Spin, light weights, Cardio Sat - Light weight, cardio Sun - Rest, maybe cardio
