I started Crossfit 6 years ago after having been involved in martial arts for many years, (4th degree black belt in Taekwondo) and then taught cardio kickboxing classes. Crossfit has made me fitter and stronger. I train and coach at Crossfit North Vancouver with an amazing bunch of athletes.

I played youth or high school level sports
