Bio

I started Crossfit 4 years ago after having been involved in martial arts for many years, (4th degree black belt in Taekwondo) and then taught cardio kickboxing classes. Crossfit has made me fitter and stronger. I train and coach at Crossfit North Vancouver with an amazing bunch of athletes.

I played youth or high school level sports

I was involved in Martial Arts for many years and attained a rank of 4th degree black belt in Taekwondo before switching over to a more fitness based program. I taught Cardio Kickboxing classes for 7 years and then I discovered Crossfit.
