I am a construction manager and mother of two children. I Crossfit for many reasons but I compete to because it is my way to have victory over all the negative self talk and to break barriers that I know are just meant to keep my passions subdued. I get to meet the better, stronger, more accomplished self on the other side only to start the journey over to get to the next level. I Crossfit to belong to a like-minded and like-hearted family who only wants you to succeed.
