How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Mostly paleo. But I do enjoy pizza!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I attend classes at Crossfit TakeOver as often as possible, but when I cannot I have some kettle bells, abmat, and a jump rope for a workout at home.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
Participated in soccer, football, and skiing in high school.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
My friend brought me to a WOD one day and was hooked instantly. I live far healthier than I did before crossfit.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I rest when my body tells me to.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
My first WOD was in late September of 2010.
