How I Eat
I eat and drink whatever I want. Except the week before a competition, then I clean it up.
How I Train
I follow "Simon Says" workout plan.
My Athletic Background
What I lack in athletic background, I make up for in good looks and soft hands. Neck rub? My mom said sports were dangerous.
My Experience With CrossFit
I can't really say I train "with" people, since I am usually pretty far behind them.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I workout 5 days a week and drink on the weekends.
