I started Crossfit January 2011. The gains i have made wouldn't have been possible without my Trainers at CFM.
How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Work at an Italian restaurant surrounded by temptations and try to limit my bread intake. I bounce back and forth between zone paleo, to just an eye ball measurement.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
3 on 1 off. Not always but i try to get 5 days a week in.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
Recreational Baseball. High school swim team.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I train other people
Interning at CFM and also will be going to a seminar for RocDocs at the end of February.
