I am currently on a strict 30-Day Reset; however, am otherwise 90/10 Paleo & LOVE IT!!

My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
CrossFit @ 5am M & W & F Crossfit @ 3:30pm Tuesday Crossfit @ 8:30am Saturday Rest on Thursdays Incorporate stretching & yoga daily!! Incorporating running program beginning 04/01/14 for Akron Half Marathon in September.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I have been doing CrossFit for 1 year this month (Feb 14). Met my boyfriend at Crossfit & very much enjoy WOD'ing with him!!
