My family eats Paleo 90% of the time with planning weekly meals and cooking at home!

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
CrossFit on M, T, W, F & Saturdays too! Rest on Thursdays normally. Incorporate running T, TH & SA along with yoga & stretching.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I have been doing CrossFit for 2 years in February 2015 and love as much as the day I started the journey! I even met my husband at Crossfit & very much enjoy WOD'ing with him!!
