How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I am presently on my fourth Whole Life Challenge. No sugar, no grains, no alcohol, no processed foods, etc. When I did the WLC for the first time, I found that it was not a big change from how I had been eating but it was more complete and it made me more conscious of what I was doing and why. At the end of the first WLC, I stayed on the plan and so the second WLC has not been as much of a challenge as far as food is concerned. Throughout these challenges, I have lost weight and clothes sizes and feel better than I have in many years. I find it difficult to cheat.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I started at Crossfit in December 2011. I enjoy going to Crossfit Monday through Friday at 7:30am.
My Athletic Background
I have worked out at gyms and with personal trainers before. Started at Crossfit in December 2011 and thoroughly enjoy it.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have definitely become stronger and more flexible since working out at Crossfit. I see potential for greater strength and flexibility and will achieve it at Crossfit, for sure.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I enjoy going to Crossfit Monday through Friday at 7:30am.
