How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I gave up cheese. Again. I also gave up chocolate and peanutbutter cups. Again. I love honeycrisp apples and coconut almond butter. And I love eating whole foods.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
