I started CrossFit in 2010 with a modest goal of 5 unassisted strict pull-ups. Training 3 times per week at CrossFit Kinnick & sticking to a mostly ZONE diet helped me reach that goal in under a year. I've continued to train & maintain my strength through injuries & a pregnancy by listening to my body & modifying WODs. This will be my 5th CrossFit Open.
