Bio

2x Masters Crossfit Champion 1x Runner Up, and 7th place. Proud mother of 4 grown children and super proud grandma of 4! I have 3 great brothers. The best parents in the whole wide world are mine, Steve and Virginia Prodromides.

How I Eat

I have been eating Paleo/Zone the last 5 years. I use Advocare Products. I am an Advisor in their company and an Endorser. I love their products. Give me a shout if you want to know more.

Unscared (Brian McKenzie & Cody Burkhardt) are my coaches. They are truly helping me to get stronger and faster! My home gym is Crossfit Vex - the head Coach Angelo Archuleta- who helps me tons, but there are a community of Coaches in Grand Junction who help me. Jemmi D'Amico from CF Flipside, Cody Flemming and Amber Peck from CrossFit Junction have given me tons of input to pursue my dreams. Thank you to all the the people who have ever coached me. My training partners, Kevin Miller, Scott Queen, JJ Smith are invaluable to me. My support from my children and parents have and do push me though the rough times that arise in life to make me a better person. I am truly thankful. I appreciate EVERYBODY'S help in preparing me for the 2016 Open. A shout out to all the people who help me get and keep my body healthy: Dr. Bryce Christianson, Dr. Adam Trager, and Physical Therapists Brit Smith. I wouldn't be able to do it without ALL their expertise and input. They are the best. My dad says, "it takes a village to raise a child," well - I firmly believe that it takes a village to raise a CrossFit athlete! Thank you to everyone! The support from all the CrossFit communities in the Grand Junction (CF Flipside, CFJ, CF Vex, CF Purivida, CF Fruita) bring me much joy! I am going by my family's name this year in hopes that my vision impaired father could hear his family name. Thanks be to God for continuing to bless my life and movement!
