Xfitter since Dec '12. Long time soccer player turned half-marathoner. I ran 1 full and 7 half-marathons in last 18 months. Looking to increase upper body strength and beat my half PR of 1h48m23s.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I cook for myself for the week - brown rice, chicken, veggies (lunch, dinner) with 2-3 cheat meals per week (usually on weekends).
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
3x Xfit per week. Hope to get to 4. Twice a week yoga and or a long run (after my plantar fasciitis pain goes away)
My Athletic Background
Soccer since I was 5. After 2 dislocated kneecap injuries, switched to running/yoga combo. After repeated calf injuries, started CrossFit!
