How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I cook for myself for the week - paleo during weekdays and with 2-3 cheat meals on weekends.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
4-5x Xfit per week. Plus 2 oly classes and a gymnastics class during the week.
My Athletic Background
Soccer since I was 5. After 2 dislocated kneecap injuries, switched to running/yoga combo. After repeated calf injuries, started CrossFit!
