How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat mostly Paleo, but allow myself to have 1-2 cheat items per week.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
I follow CrossFit Billings WODS when I am able to workout with others and then do strength and skill work on my own and incorporate other WODS addressing my weaknesses.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I ski raced for Montana State University and now I love to telemark ski recreationally. I participate in road and trail running races and do triathlons.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
I LOVE CrossFit and how it has changed my workout routine and my life!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
I rest when my body feels like it needs a rest day. Not a big believer in doing "nothing" for rest days and prefer to do active recovery...yoga, hike, run, bike, or swim.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
