I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I try to eat as healthy as I can!
How I Train
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
6 days a week (Mix Outlaw Training/Self Trained and Programmed)
My Athletic Background
I played college sports
I played all sports growing up, but ended up playing University level golf for 5 years. During my senior year, is when I was introduced to crossfit. It pulled me away from my gym rat mentality.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
ADDICTED TO IT AND TELLING EVERYONE ABOUT IT! FIT FOR LIFE!!!!
