How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

Weekdays are pretty much Paleo, and weekends are cheat days. But I don't cheat all day. I still try to eat quality if possible.

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I have a coach who determines my programming

Urban WarFit Crossfit coach Rob Pyfer has created a very strict competitor style workout program for the entire gym.

I played youth or high school level sports

I regularly play recreational sports

I have a wide range of athletic capabilities ranging from Basketball, baseball, volleyball, and recreational football.

My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit

After being extremely athletic in my youth, I found myself falling into the lame day to day gym routine. I found myself losing that spark that I need in my life. Then I found crossfit. After that, everything changed. I found my competitive spirit, and that gave me a whole new drive in my life. I always like working harder and getting better at whatever I'm doing. And this is an arena that I can constantly evolve in.

My Work/Rest Schedule

I usually only do 1 workout a day

I typically rest 4 or more days per month

Monday through Friday on. Saturday & Sunday off. I'll go to a Saturday class if my schedule permits it.

6-12 months
