I am 50 years old and am in the best shape of my life!! I do cross-fit and will also do accessory work at a local LA Fitness. Ya, I know..... Recently achieved my $1000 T-shirt with Level 1 and also got my Strongman Cert.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Yikes, I put on 10 lbs from 2015 to 2016. Most of it is muscle....

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I played college sports
Played 2 years of division III college football. I was involved in an industrial accident when i was 21 years old in which one of my toes had to be amputated on my right foot. Hasn't really affected me though.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have attended one or more specialty courses
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I still do bench press and curls & tri's at LA Fitness.....Fighting tennis elbow / tendonitis this year as I enter the open. Grip is questionable.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I have been doing crossfit consistently for about 2 years. I had dabbled with it on an off for about 2 years. Love my home box: CrossFit Mt. Lebanon! I get to travel a lot for my job and visit many boxes around the country including: Cajun Crossfit, Crossfit Buffalo, Crossfit 214, Crossfit DeWitt, Crossfit Distinction, Flower City Crossfit, CrossFit River North, CrossFit Firebase, Crossfit Pinnacle, Reebok in NYC, Crossfit Ft. Lauderdale and Always Forward Crossfit and many others!
