I am 49 years old and am in the best shape of my life!! I do cross-fit and other types of exercise so I can run Obstacle Races like Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, Gladiator Races and Civilian Military Combines. I teach Kettlebell Cardio and love to work out!

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I have been doing crossfit consistently for about 8 months. I had dabbled with it on an off for about 2 years. Love my home box: CrossFit Mt. Lebanon! I get to travel a lot for my job and visit many boxes around the country including: Cajun Crossfit, Crossfit Buffalo, Crossfit 214, Crossfit DeWitt, Crossfit Distinction, Flower City Crossfit, CrossFit River North, CrossFit Firebase, Crossfit Pinnacle and Always Forward Crossfit.
