How I Eat
I do not snack very much however I have a soft spot for carbohydrates and ice cream. I appreciate tap water because it is basically free and plentiful, however my plumber told me he wouldn't drink it in Atlanta, but I do anyway.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Spent years trying to find the perfect formula. Crossfit most closely approximates this to me currently. This will always be a journey.

I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
