How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Easing into Paleo, try hard to eat zone. Work has me eating out a lot, but I do my best to measure what I prepare and journal all my food.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
3x a week minimum.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
Shattered both of my arms in college. Never was thought to be able to recover. Happy to compete in the games, even if I come in last.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I owe my life to Crossfit. Without CLE I would have never been able to use my arms the way that I do now. They helped me get my life back.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Regular workout schedule, often 3x a week at CLE and supplemental running/biking outside of that.
