I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

My coaches Chris "CT" Thomas and Gym owner Bryan Schenone program my workouts. Chris also writes all of our extra programming for the competitive members of CrossFit Redding.

My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My wife Charlene urged me to start CrossFit and we work out together at CrossFit Redding.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Rest days can be active with mountain biking with my training partner. I find at this time in my life I feel better when I stay active. If you rest you rust.
