Start crossfit July 2012. I can't believe how much stronger I have become in 8 months. I would never in a million years thought I could do anything like this. But I figured why not and see what I can do.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Doing the Whole Life Challege and eating a Paleo diet.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
I have been doing crossfit since July 2012. Just trying to get better each day.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
Yikes, I've only been doing this for 8 months!
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Crossfit 3X a week, Yoga 2X a week, and Jog/run 1x week
