How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat pretty healthily, love my wholefoods and superfoods. I try to eat organic as much as possible and limit processed foods.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I started out doing Crossfit In Townsville, Australia. Then trained pretty hard at Crossfit Raw Commando in Newcastle, Australia before moving to Whistler Canada where I now train at Crossfit Whistler.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I spent most of my childhood and Teenage years doing ballet and various other types of dancing and trained full time at the National College of Dance in Australia and the Elmhurst School for Dance in Association with the Birmingham Royal Ballet.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Anything from Crossfit to yoga to snowskiing i need to stay active
