How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I've been a paleo-ish eater, with a few regular cheats (protein powder post work out shakes being one of them). That said, I've been eating strict paleo in a series of back to back challenges since January 14th. When these challenges are done, I'll be an 85/15'er and cheat like hell 15% of the time.

A long, long (13 years ago) time ago, I was in the US Army as a Combat Engineer Officer. I'm racing that guy everyday I train.
