How I Eat
I try to eat as "close to nature", least processed, as possible. I must carefully manage protein intake due to gouty arthritis. I look for natural sources of good healthy foods based on a good color mixture that matches my metabolism.
How I Train
I workout at CrossFit Affilliate CrossFit Richardson under coaches who determine my programming. I record my workouts using WODstack.
My Athletic Background
I played high school level sports. 20+ years martial arts training that continues today under the directorship of Chun Seung Won's Grandmaster Song.
My Experience With CrossFit
I started CrossFit June 16th, 2012 at CrossFit Richardson under Owner / Coach John Marshall. I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit training that has allowed me to accomplish things I never thought possible.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually do 1 CF workout a day 5 days a week. I teach and train traditional martial arts 5-7 days a week. Rest as needed based on my individual condition.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I have been doing CrossFit for over a year and a half, it will be 2 years in June 2014.
