I love crossfit and it is my life and lifesyle!
How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I pretty much eat lean meat, fats, and fruit and nuts and seeds. I try to have a cheat meal but since I am so allergic to foods I really can't. I love bacon, and Blackberries.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I record my workouts
I usually following my Affiliates training and I followed the crossfit endurance programming.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I use to play some sport in HS really never care for it, unttil I competed in Crossfit local competition 2 years ago and I love it!
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I started Crossfit with my personal trainer until he open up his own affiliate Crossfit Pasadena.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
Depending on my program and how my body feels I take a rest day. Most of the time I take active recovery days and work on skills and endurance.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
4 years when i did bootcamp crossfit, 2 year with just crossfit.
