I've been in Crossfit for little over a year and am loving every minute of it! Even though I only work out two times I week, I am challenging myself to compete this year in the Open and see how well I stack up against other athletes from across the world.

I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I have never done any real athletics besides a brief stint of basket ball in the eighth grade. Crossfit is the only thing that has really caught my attention and kept me wanting to continue with it.
