I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I love to cook and try new things.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I lift at Crossfit Greendale on days I don't have track practice and try to be in there every weekend working on technique.

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
Played volleyball and ran track at Oconomowoc High School and currently run for The Greater Milwaukee Track Club
