In high school I played soccer, swam, and ran track. In college I played soccer for a NCAA D2 school in South Florida.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
If I'm not training, I'm resting.
