I've done it all. I loved competing in CF for so long but last summer I completed SealFit's Kokoro Camp and it changed me. I now use CF to train for specific events that challenge me like Kokoro.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I love being outside when I train...soft sand and steep hills.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
In high school I played soccer, swam, and ran track. In college I played soccer for a NCAA D2 school in South Florida.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
