I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I usually do 4-5 CrossFit workouts per week and run 3-4 times per week with a goal of 50 miles each month. I travel about 25% of the time and will often visit a local box while on the road.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I have been doing Crossfit for about 3.5 years. I used to hate running and in September 2012 my daughter joined Girls on the Run at her school with the YMCA. At this point I started to regularly add running to my fitness routine, very slowly at first, and now I really enjoy it. Since November 2012, I have successfully met my monthly goal to run 50 miles each month in addition to an average of 4-5 Crossfit sessions each week.
