How long have you been doing CrossFit?

4+ years

I have been doing Crossfit for about 4.5 years. I used to hate running and in September 2012 my daughter joined Girls on the Run at her school with the YMCA. At this point I started to regularly add running to my fitness routine, very slowly at first, and now I really enjoy it. Since November 2012, I have successfully met my monthly goal to run 50 miles each month in addition to an average of 4-5 Crossfit sessions each week.
