Been going to CrossFit Kinnick since late 2007. Went to the 2008 games, 2009 regionals, 2010 sectionals and competed in the open last year. Been on and off due to hernia injury and school/work. Trying to hit it hard again. http://www.beyondthewhiteboard.com/members/12
How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I eat whatever is convenient
I mainly eat a Paleo Zone diet. Very small amount of dairy every now and then.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports
I played varsity water polo through the 2nd half of my high school years.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Started CrossFit because of Jeremy and Jonathan Kinnick, when they introduced it to me in their garage back in high school.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
i try to do 5x a week with 2 rest days, but my work and school schedule is difficult and only make it 3 or 4 times some weeks.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Started in high school, about late 2007
