Started at CrossFit Kinnick in late 2007. Went to the 2008 games, 2009 regionals, 2010 sectionals, and 2012-2014 regionals for Team Kinnick. Recently moved to New York where I am now fully part of Brick CrossFit :) http://www.beyondthewhiteboard.com/members/12

How I Eat

I weigh and measure my food

I eat whatever is convenient

I mainly eat a Paleo Zone diet. Very small amount of dairy every now and then.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

Started CrossFit because of Jeremy and Jonathan Kinnick, when they introduced it to me in their garage back in high school.

My Work/Rest Schedule

I usually only do 1 workout a day

I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week

I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week

i try to do 5x a week with 2 rest days, but my work and school schedule is difficult and only make it 3 or 4 times some weeks.
