How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I eat whatever is convenient
I mainly eat a Zone diet with some carb-backloading when my volume gets stacked. And cheat days all the time....oops.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming

I played youth or high school level sports
I played varsity water polo through the 2nd half of my high school years.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Started CrossFit because of Jeremy and Jonathan Kinnick, when they introduced it to me in their garage back in high school.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I workout based off how I feel. Rest when the body tells me to rest.
