How I Eat
I eat 5/6 times a day. Starting the day off with oatmeal and protein! My next two meals have varying carbs, either sweet potatoes, red skin potatoes, or brown rice! I eat about 4 oz of meat and 6 oz of carbs with veggies throughout the day. Lots of water and good fats!

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
