How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I eat a rice-free, gluten-free, legume-free diet, low in dairy. Meat, vegetables, fruits, coconut milk, corn tortillas and dark chocolate are essential for me!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I split my time between Crossfit, running on a treadmill at a traditional gym and running on turf when the weather allows. I am currently training to run a half-marathon.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I have been a runner/jogger since I was 15. I began incorporating weightlifting with running about 7 years ago and lost 65 pounds on my own. I discovered Crossfit 5 years ago and have incorporated that into my fitness regimen ever since.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I do Crossfit 2-3 times per week and run 2-3 times per week.
