I first tried CrossFit with my co-worker (who is now my husband!) about 5 years ago. After a year I discovered that I had turned away from my passion for coaching too soon with the thought I needed to pursue a mainstream career. We began our affiliate out of our 1 car garage where we trained 4 athletes until we moved to a designated space. Four years and 10,000 square feet later we have found a way to mix labor and love for life.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
