Dean of Mathematics and Sciences at Marian University in Indianapolis. Although I have been physically active my entire life, most of that was either swimming or water polo. I began crossfit on the first day of the 2013 Open. After a year of training, I am now lifting heavier at age 62 than ever before in my entire life. I hope to be able to continue to improve even as I get older.
