How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I began CrossFit in Jan. of 2011, on my 61st birthday. Five months later I had to take several months off due to osteosarcoma surgery which removed most of my left fibula to put into my upper jaw which had been removed. Even though I still have a significant strength and balance deficit in my leg, CrossFit has taught me so many other ways to be strong: physically, emotionally and mentally.
