How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I try to eat along the Paleo and outer aisle philosophies, but living down in Louisiana it makes darn tough.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Usually try to take the the weekends off, but will hit up the fundamentals class to improve on a saturday or participate in a run occasionally.
