How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Eat a lot of meat and veggies. I love foooood.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

CrossFit Football. Outlaw. Conjugate lifting template. Whatevsss.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I've have been involved in dance since the age of 3. Growing up I played several sports- Tball, softball, soccer, and tennis. Once I got to high school, dance team was the only thing time allowed for. Continued dancing through college at the University of Kentucky for 4 years.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
I love everything about CrossFit. It has changed my life completely.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I train hard and smart and listen to my body.
