I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I train with James Massa at X Factor. I have been training with him for 2 years now.

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I played 5 years of college softball pitcher.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
I am attending CFK in April, and plan on attending more courses to increase my knowledge and move better. I coach at The Vault in St. Helens, OR.

I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
