"Im a personal trainer that just started adding some crossfit stuff to my workouts. I've only been doing it for 2-3 months, but I absolutly love it. I've started trying to do cleans. I've only tried snatches like twice, so far the only actual crossfit workout I did was Fran. The first time 6:53, the second 6:35, I know slow as hell. I'm sure I can knock a few min off the time very shortly. I think if I train hard I can do quite well. I hope to be relevant.. but next year." That paragraph was last year, this year I've been training Crossfit hard all year following an online blog (Invictus/Competitors). I've done 2 local comps and placed first in one and second in another. I'm really hoping to make regionals this year and I think I have a little bit of a shot. I've come a very long way since last year and now am obsessed with getting better. I love this sport.
